Use the right hair products for your scalp and hair to reduce and prevent hair loss. Hair loss is reduced when essential oils are applied to the hair. Hair follicles remain active when essential oils are applied to the scalp and the hair of a person and hence more hair growth. Examples of essential oils include almond, sesame oil, and lavender oil. After applying the essential oils to the hair, you should massage it for quite some time to ensure that it is spread in the scalp.
Garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice can also be applied to the hair to prevent and reduce hair loss. Such juices work the same way essential oils work. For these juices to be effective, they should be applied and left overnight and then washed out in the morning. You will see a noticeable difference when you apply these juices for a week. Hair loss can also be cubed by rubbing green tea into the hair. A solution of green tea and water is what is applied to the hair and scalp to prevent hair loss.
Eat the right foods to prevent and reduce hair loss. Vitamins help in blood circulation in the scalp which helps hair follicles to remain productive. For you to reduce hair loss, you need to eat foods rich in vitamins. Some of the ways of reducing hair loss are discussed above.
